- 8 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 medium lemon, sliced thin
- 12 leaves spearmint
- Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Strain water.
- Drink all 8 1/2 cups during the day.
It's like spa water.... so refreshing!!!
